Crisis Therapist, Full-Time, with Sign-On Bonus

FCCBH needs a Licensed Mental Health Therapist specializing in crisis management in Utah’s Carbon and Emery Counties. FCCBH is the Local Mental Health Authority and is responsible for mental health evaluations and hospitalization for local adults and children in crisis. This will be the primary work performed by the person hired. This position requires being “on-call” for a rotating 3-4 days on and 3-4 days off. Receive outstanding training and diverse experience. Coordinate with community partners and resources. This position allows for a flexible schedule and multiple days off in a row. Receive an excellent benefits package including a signing bonus of $1500 total, $750 upfront, and $750 after two years of longevity! Must have or qualify for licensure in Utah. Salary is dependent on licensure and experience, and the chosen candidate will receive an additional $400 bi-weekly on top of negotiated salary.

Case Manager/Peer Support, Part-Time

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time weekend Case Manager/Certified Peer Support Specialist for day and graveyard shifts. Duties include greeting clients in a crisis setting and assisting in supporting client’s needs throughout their stay at the Crisis Receiving Center. Assisting clients with intake paperwork, notifying clients of the rules of the center and ensuring a positive and safe work environment are critical. Assisting with crisis de-escalation by assessing client’s needs and connecting them to resources within the community are essential functions of the job. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment are also essential job duties and completing day to day cleaning tasks for the center will be required. Must be able to lift 20lbs and bend, sit and stand for periods of time. Communicating discharge plans with clients and staff, as well and day to day communication with staff is also required. Some transportation of clients may be required. Candidates must also work with staff to ensure individuals receive the utmost care and compassion throughout their experience. Strong coordination skills and relevant work experience preferred. 24 hours/week. Maintaining confidentiality is an essential job requirement.
